Meditation moments in September
Starting in September, I will organize a fortnightly meditation evening.
Depending on what the group needs, the form of meditation will be different.
Body scans for body awareness, meditations on the 4 elements, journeys into your own inner archive, grounding meditations, chakra meditations, double meditations, use of mudras and rhythms, ecstatic body posture,...
Each meditation is also concluded with some interpretation
